1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the time and date payment has been made.
  • Delivered items are not eligible for refunds. (unless we consider the circumstances to be eligible)

  • Once your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • We may offer replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
