1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
- Items must be unopened and returned in their original packaging.
- Customized, opened, or used boxes are not eligible for refunds.
2. Refund Procedure

- Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Please ship the item back via tracked delivery to the address provided.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Items that are damaged or opened after receipt.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
- If your MTB arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
- We may offer replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
