  • All MTB orders, whether one-off purchases or subscriptions, are shipped between the 1st and 5th of each month.
  • Shipping is via tracked delivery to ensure secure and reliable receipt of your order.
  • Estimated delivery time is approximately 3-7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

2. Shipping Costs

  • The standard shipping fee for each MTB is £3.99.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Delivery Locations

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
  • International shipping options are not available at this time.

4. Shipping Notifications

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or missing packages caused by incorrect address information provided by you.
