Grading Submission Guide

Submitting your Pokémon cards for professional grading with Ace Grading is easy and environmentally friendly using your Mystery Trainer Box (MTB)! Here’s how:

Step 1: Card Selection and Preparation

  • Choose your cards carefully! Select the cards you wish to grade and note the quantity.
  • Place each card in a clear protective penny sleeve, then insert it into a semi-rigid holder (Provided within your MTB). This prevents damage during shipping.

Step 2: Online Submission via Ace Grading

  • Visit the Ace Grading website (https://acegrading.com).
  • Click “Submit” (Centre of screen) to begin your submission.
  • Select your desired service level (Due to high demand some services may be shut) and click “Confirm”.
  • Enter the quantity of each card and provide the necessary details for each card. (Or save some time and do a simple submission and enter quantity)
  • Double-check all information, including your postal address, before confirming your submission.

Step 3: Packaging and Shipping using your MTB

  • Pack your cards securely in your Mystery Trainer Box (MTB). Place your cards in the same order as they appear on your submission slip.
  • Print your submission slip and include it inside your package.
  • Once the cards and submission slip (cut across cut line to remove bottom barcode) are secured in the MTB, put the box within the Jiffy bag you received from us.
  • place the submission number and barcode you cut from the bottom of the slip and securely tape it to the outside of your jiffy bag. If you don’t have a printer, clearly write the submission number on the outside of the package and include a note with your submission number inside.

Step 4: Ship your package

  • Take your package to your local post office or schedule a courier pickup.
  • Send it to: Ace Grading Unit 5, Canada Close Banbury OX16 2RT

Remember to reuse your Mystery Trainer Box for shipping! This is an eco-friendly way to help the environment and is part of our commitment to sustainability. This guide is for informational purposes only. Always refer to Ace Grading’s official website for the most up-to-date instructions.
